Bought an onion and some fruit on the way home. Stir fried the last of Sunday's green beans with the onion, then added a dollop of black bean & garlic sauce before stirring in the TVP and steaming it for a few minutes. Pretty simple and really delicious. I wasn't in the mood to do more dishes than necessary, so I ate right out of the skillet.
